Account deletion

You can request deletion of your Ressy login and review of the personal information associated with it. Sign in using the account you want deleted, complete any security checks, and submit your request on the account-deletion page.

Ressy reviews the request before deletion. Company administrators may need to transfer responsibility for their company and billing first. A deletion request does not cancel a subscription or immediately remove account access.

Your employer controls employment records such as payroll, rotas, training evidence and signed documents. Contact your employer to request access to or deletion of those records. Records that must be retained are reviewed separately; Ressy will explain the outcome and retained information.
